Luna Moth Matted Print
Seeing a luna moth in the wild is such a rare and breathtaking experience, and there was one year in particular I was haunted by them for a full season. It turns out they are harbingers of change, and I was in a situation at the time that desperately needed to change. I heeded the advice, and haven’t seen one since, but I wanted to commemorate their aid in this piece.
The Latin on the tombstone roughly translates to “Change requires a type of death.”
This is a Lustre Photo Inkjet Print, with a shine and texture somewhere between a glossy photo or a matte sheet of paper that allows the colors to appear rich and deep.
